Things just got a lot easier for installers of
industrial refrigeration. The modular ICF industrial valve station arrives at
the jobsite built to the customer’s application. Two welds later and the valve
is installed.

In Industrial refrigeration safe, reliable
high-pressure systems are critical, whether for food processing, process
cooling, refrigerated warehouses or other applications. The equipment must run
efficiently and with precise temperature control, while avoiding leakage of
dangerous refrigerants. The ICF modular valve station concept provides a
commercially viable and responsible solution to these challenges.
The ICF comes as a sub-assembly, ready to be directly installed into the
jobsite piping or an equipment manufacturer’s product. Compatible with the
award-winning Interchangeable Valve platform (ICV), the ICF valve station is
smaller, lighter and less likely to leak than traditional valve trains. It is
much easier and faster to service and offers a wider range of applications as
well. The ICF is a commercially desirable and environmentally sustainable
answer to high-pressure industrial refrigeration valve installations.

Valve trains pose hassles for installers of
industrial refrigeration systems. The ICF eliminates all the trouble of
ordering many components, unpacking, assembling and shipping. The custom
ordered ICF valve station is delivered as a sub assembly ready for fast
installation.
Less than a foot long, ICF is space-saving, smart and flexible. Its single
one-piece body has ports for up to six custom configured device modules.
There’s no need to remove function modules from the housing. All this
dramatically cuts job turnaround time. ICF is ideal for recirculated and DX
liquid lines, liquid injection oil cooling, and hot gas defrost systems.
The modular function inserts that can be mounted on an ICF body include stop
valves, strainers, solenoid valves, check valves, combination stop/check
valves, and motorized or hand expansion valves.
The ICF is yet another product demonstrating how engineering ingenuity meets
customer demand to create EnVisioneering breakthroughs.
